Towns for Tomorrow

The following forms and information are for recipients of Towns for Tomorrow grants and should be used in order to meet the provisions of the Contribution Agreement.

A completed Claim Form is required for reimbursement of eligible costs.

A Periodic Progress Report Form (XLS 99KB) must be completed and submitted every quarter (March, June, September, and December) until the project is complete. A Periodic Progress Report Form is required even if the project has not been started.

A Final Reporting Form (DOC 71KB) detailing project performance must be completed and submitted upon project completion. The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the means to collect and provide data on project performance is in place.

The Contract Conditions Resources and Reference Guide (DOC 133KB) should be utilized by grant recipients to meet project-specific conditions. Utilizing this information will ensure that conditions are met satisfactorily and that claim payments are not delayed or denied. 

An Asset Management Reporting Form (XLS 249KB) must be completed and submitted to the Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development.
