Towns for Tomorrow

The following forms and information is for recipients of Towns for Tomorrow grants and should be used in order to meet the provisions of the Contribution Agreement. For further information, please contact the Ministry of Community and Rural Development at (250) 387-4060 or infra@gov.bc.ca.

A Claim Form is to be used to obtain payment for reimbursement of eligible costs.

A Progress Report Form must be completed and submitted every quarter (March, June, September, and December) until the project is complete. A Progress Report Form is required even if the project has not been started.

A Final Report Form detailing project performance must be completed and submitted upon project completion. The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the means to collect and provide data on project performance is in place.

The Condition Resources and Reference Guide should be utilized by grant recipients in order to meet their project specific conditions. Utilizing this information will ensure that conditions are met satisfactorily and that claim payments are not delayed or denied. 

If the Contribution Agreement includes a requirement for an Asset Management report, please complete the Asset Management Reporting Form below and submit it to the Ministry of Community Development for review.
