APPLICATION PACKAGE
A completed Application Form, signed Certification Form and mandatory supporting documentation are required for each submission. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the Ministry receives full and accurate information. Applications with incomplete information will not be considered.
Please review the 2010 Program Guide (PDF 275KB) for information pertaining to eligibility, selection criteria and supporting documentation before beginning the application process.
Local governments may only submit one application per submission deadline.

The Application Checklist outlines all mandatory materials required as well as other optional documentation. Please review this list prior to submitting your application.

Please ensure that all Mandatory Supporting Documentation is submitted including:
- a Council or Board Resolution;
- detailed cost estimates; and
- a map showing project location.
APPLICATION DEADLINE

APPROVALS
Project approvals will be made within 60 days of the application submission deadline.
